Take a jaunt down to the Richmond/Knob Hill Community Association grounds and you’ll notice some new trees have been planted - 17 of them in fact. The City of Calgary Urban Foresters responded very quickly to our request for forest succession planting this summer, and some pine, spruce, apple and birch found a new home at the community association grounds. These new plantings add very nicely to our existing blue spruce, poplar, birch, and tamarack.
