Important: Future of Richmond Green Park

The City of Calgary is currently in the process of assessing the future use of Richmond Green Park, approximately 52 acres at Sarcee Rd and 33rd Ave SW, which includes the former Richmond Green Golf Course and is part of Richmond/Knob Hill. Approximately 6 acres of the park has already been identified by Council should be sold. In addition, Council has tasked administration to determine further dispositions opportunities.

As a citizen your input regarding the future of Richmond Green Park is important and to ensure it is heard take the following steps:

  1. Monitor the City Engagement Website

  2. Subscribe for City of Calgary updates

  3. Notify as many community members as you can about the potential sale / development of Richmond Green Park

  4. The Richmond Knob Hill Development Committee will be hosting an online community forum in the near future. To learn more, please email developmentrkhca@gmail.com

  5. Attend engagement events held by the City
