Crowchild Sound Barrier Pilot at the Community Association

In 2019, the sound barrier was replaced along Crowchild Trail at the community association grounds (26th Ave SW and Crowchild Trail). This sound barrier doesn't look like any other in the area, as it has a metallic, modern look to it. On closer investigation, it's actually a hollow composite/PVC system that is the same material that can be used on decks. This system is supposed to last longer than the traditional concrete sound barriers along most of Crowchild and is certainly an interesting idea!
