Our volunteer opportunities in and around the community are varied and range in commitment from a few hours to support an event to several hours a month to coordinate volunteers or support our operations. Our programs include such things as:
Paint-the-Pavement, Community Clean-up & Garage Sale, TimBits Soccer, Kids Tennis Camp, Wine & Cheese evenings, Charity Casinos, and seasonal kids parties (Halloween, Easter).
Volunteering is a great way to meet members of your community who share your interests!

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR (PAID POSITION)
The community association is looking for an enthusiastic, organized and committed individual to lead our volunteer management efforts! In this role you will be responsible for matching interested community volunteers with volunteer opportunities to ensure successful execution of our community programs. This role is intended to be a part-time (up to 40 hours per month) contracted position.
We are looking for a part-time Volunteer Coordinator to recruit and manage volunteers for Richmond Knob Hill Community Association. You will be responsible for executing our Volunteer Management Strategy, allocating responsibilities and retaining the best people to support programs and events.
It takes a competent leader to succeed in this role. You should know how to distinguish talent and do everything possible to motivate and inspire. You must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experience.
The goal is to ensure that Richmond Knob Hill Community Association is staffed with the best and most reliable individuals to execute programs or events, and that these volunteers are supported in their community building efforts.
