We need to address this. The boardwill discuss how to deal with this long term during our next board meeting: Tuesday, March 13. Thanks for letting us know!

This  winter (2017/2018) has been brutal...much more snow than in a typical year. This is challenging for many, but we still need to keep our walks clear.  On Page 10 of the Feb, 2018 community newsletter, much is written about "making our streets better". Also, developers in the area like to talk about the walkability of our neighborhood. Yet, many folks don't follow the most elemental duty we all have to make our neighborhood better...shoveling our sidewalks. This important safety matter is often ignored. Right now (March 4), most of the walkways in front of the merchant stores along 33 Ave. are badly built up with snow and ice. They have been like this for quite some time.  Respectfully, we ask that these merchants (and their respective property managers) perform their duty and clear these sidewalks. And thanks to all of the snow angels out there who are helping out their neighbors!
